After an incredible 51st celebration, the CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show Presented by Kroger is primed and ready to welcome back the U.S. Navy Blue Angels to Dayton!

As always, the air show will feature food and fun for fans of all ages. Seating is limited and typically sells out well in advance of the event.

A U.S. Navy C-130J Hercules, nicknamed “Fat Albert,” soars in flight as the support aircraft for the U.S. Navy Blue Angels demonstration team. Painted in the squadron’s signature blue and yellow livery with “Blue Angels” script on the fuselage, the four-engine transport aircraft plays a vital role in logistics and support during air show performances.

US Marines C-130

Three vintage World War II–era aircraft perform a low-level formation flyover in front of a massive wall of orange fire and black smoke during the “Tora! Tora! Tora!” airshow reenactment. The dramatic explosion effect simulates a Pearl Harbor battle scene, with the planes flying just above the runway as flames and smoke billow behind them against a cloudy sky
