Ticket information for purchasers who purchased prior to the drive-in format
You will not need to do anything. We will email an updated 2022 ticket after fall of 2021.
No, those tickets will NOT be valid. You can either roll over your tickets to the 2022 show on July 30 and 31 featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels or you can request a refund. If you want to roll over your tickets to 2022, you do not have to do anything. Updated 2022 tickets will be emailed in the fall. If you want a refund, please contact [email protected].
All ticket holders received an email from our ticketing company, Etix with instructions. You have until April 30 to request a refund. If you can't find the email, please contact Etix at [email protected].
Please allow 20 business days to receive the refund. If it's after 20 business days and you still haven't received refund, please contact Etix directly at [email protected].
You have until Friday, April 30th to request a refund. After this date, refunds will no longer be issued and your purchased tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2022 show on July 30 and 31.
If you want to roll over your tickets for 2022 AND attend this year’s drive-in show, you must purchase a separate drive-in ticket. Please visit our website to purchase tickets.
If you are a long-term customer, there will be no other chance to renew your tickets for 2022 this fall. If you request a refund, you will lose your seating location. If you would like to see if any better seating options are available, please email [email protected] with your request. A response regarding better seating options will not be sent until after September 1, 2021.
Ticketing
Yes, each ticket is only good for ONE day.
No, it’s one ticket per carload.
The maximum number of people per ticket is six. This includes adults and children of any age.
No, all tickets are advanced online sales only through our website.
No, entry is first come, first serve. Every space has an excellent view of the show.
We encourage everyone to bring their printed tickets to the gate. You can also download the tickets to your smartphone to have scanned. Please make sure you have the tickets ready so it helps the process go smoother.
No, there will be no will call booth. Please contact ExtremeTix at 800-514-3849 regarding ticketing issues.
No, all tickets are advanced online sales only through our website.
There are no military or veteran discounts.
All complimentary 2021 tickets will be rolled over to our 2022 show. Please contact us through our contact tab to receive your 2022 tickets.
Parking
Each vehicle has a 20’ x 20’ space. Approximately one-half the space is used to park car and the other half for viewing.
No, RVs, buses, or trailers are NOT permitted at the drive-in show.
The maximum size a vehicle can be is 20’ in length and 8’ in height.
No, there will not be designated handicap parking areas.
You must pull straight in when entering your space. Once the parking row is established, please notify a parking attendant for assistance to turn your vehicle around.
Yes, you will need to form up prior to getting to the show grounds. As you proceed to the show grounds area, please stay together, so you can be parked together. You cannot form up at the show.
No, once you are parked, cars must stay turned off until you are ready to leave.
Speakers will be set up throughout the show grounds as normal. We will also broadcast on an FM radio frequency. We suggest bringing a portable radio to listen to the show.
Please raise your hood. A battery jump team from Sandy’s Towing will assist you at no cost. Thank you Sandy’s Towing for providing this free service to our guests!
You are welcome to leave the air show at any time after most people have entered and entry lanes are reversed for exit. Please consult with a show volunteer attendant or security. Re-entry is prohibited.

No, we will not have chairs available for rent.
Coolers are permitted for a drive-in show only.
You can bring in any food. Beverages must be in plastic or cans only. No glass is permitted.
Yes, coolers are permitted for the 2021 drive-in show only. Please drink responsibly.
No, you cannot bring a pop-up tent or beach umbrella. You may bring a small, handheld umbrella for shade.
No, grills of any size are not allowed.
No, you can enter through any entry. You will be directed where to park from there.
We will have mobile concessions on site to purchase pre-packaged food and beverages. They will drive around the show grounds. Please wait until they are near you before exiting your personal viewing area.
Yes, mobile merchandise concession carts will be selling items. They will drive around the show grounds. Please wait until they are near you before exiting your personal viewing area.
Restrooms will be located along the sides of rows. You must wear a face mask and social distance when leaving your viewing area to walk to the restrooms. Restrooms will be serviced and sanitized throughout the day and hand sanitizers will be available in restroom areas.

Yes, we strongly encourage our guests to bring hand sanitizer.
The Air Show facility is under an open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly. You can return to your vehicle if you need shade. We encourage you to wear suntan lotion and bring hats.
Service eye dogs ARE permitted at the Vectren Dayton Air Show. Otherwise, pets are not allowed onto the Air Show spectator area.
No, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the show grounds.
Yes, cameras are allowed (still, video, digital). Your camera bags may be checked upon entry.
Please visit the Services for the Disabled tab under Guest Information on our website.
We recommend that patrons bring a trash bag and take their trash home. This will be much appreciated by our volunteers responsible for trash bag collection. Guests can elect to leave there trash bag at the site and it will be picked up by volunteers. Trash and recycling containers are also located at each portable restroom location on site. Please don’t litter. Thank you.

The gates open at 9:30 am.
The Feature Show begins at 12:00 p.m. and is over at 4:00 p.m. These times are subject to change.

The schedule is always changing and isn’t finalized until closer to the show. The jet team is always the last act to fly and typically flies around 3 pm.
No, per CDC guidelines, we are not allowed to have aircraft on display for large groups to crowd around.
Weather
The Air Show HAPPENS rain or shine. No refunds. No rain checks.

Media

There will be not be a live TV broadcast from the Air Show.

Medical
If you have a medical need and must have your medication kept cold, you can bring it in a soft-sided cooler. The medication MUST be accompanied by a doctor’s note stating you have a medical need.
